PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of a sintered material due to the inversion of the sintered material itself generating when an outer magnetic field is removed by a method wherein, when a magnetizing process is going to be performed on the sintered material, a buffer material is interposed between a plurality of the sintered materials which were placed in a container in a laminated state. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sintered materials 1 are laminated and placed in a container 2, and they are mgnetized by adding the magnetic field in direction along both directions of the sintered materials. At that time, a buffer material 4 is interposed between each sintered material 1. Consequently, as the sintered materials 1 are placed in the state wherein they are surrounded by the buffer material 4, the moving speed of the sintered materials 1 generated by their inversion is reduced due to the resistance of the buffer material 4, and the collision arising between each sintered material can also be lessened in proportion to the inverting movement of the sintered materials. Accordingly, the damage such as a chipping or breaking of the sintered materials due to collision can be prevented. |
