The invention relates to a steep-angle conveyor, substantially consisting of a feed belt divided into compartments by strips, by means of which mouldings are conveyed to a run-off point from where they are fed to processing machines through a continuation shaft. In order to increase the conveying output, which has hitherto been unsatisfactory, it is proposed according to the invention that the steep-angle conveyor operate cyclically, so that the mouldings have time to run off into the continuation shaft, that a collection shaft in which the mouldings can collect be arranged upstream of the continuation shaft, and that furthermore a loosening slide to loosen jammed mouldings be provided which acts into the collection shaft. <IMAGE>
