A sail sheeting device for a wind surfing sail. A rotatable handle (18) is internally in thread engagement with a non-rotatable screw member (15). When the handle is rotated, the screw member will be axially displaced. The screw member is connected to a sheeting line (18). The handle serves both as a holding means for the wind surfing sailor, and as a sheeting means, and therefore the sheeting operation can be performed during sailing.
