PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive material having high photosensitivity and high acceptance potential, by coating a photosensitive material consisting of a phthalocyanine pigment and bisoxadiazole and an org. resin on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:A composition contg. 1-10 weight ratio mixture of a phthalocyanine pigment and bisoxadiazole having the right formula (R is H, 1-4 C lower alkyl, or optionally substd. phenyl) is dispersed into an org. resin, such as polyester resin, and the photosensitive material thus obtained is coated on a conductive substrate, permitting an electrophotographic receptor having high sensitivity to light in the wavelength region oscillated by a semiconductor laser, and high acceptance potential to be obtained. |
