PURPOSE:To ensure the high efficiency for the ordering, cooking and service of dishes, by printing out the quantity, name and table No. of the dishes through a restaurant printer and at the same time by cutting the paper. CONSTITUTION:The register information given from an electronic cash register (ECR) is printed out through a kitchen printer 4 which is set at the kitchen. In the case, the register data on the name, quantity, table No., etc. of dishes which are fed through a keyboard of the ECR is transferred to the printer 4 via an RAM7 in the ECR. The printer 4 holds the register data once in an RAM10 and then prints out the name and quantity of dishes, the ECR No., the table No., etc. with cutting of the printed paper. As a result, a cooking slip can be obtained at the kitchen for each kind of menu. This ensures the high efficiency for the ordering, cooking and service of dishes. |
