PURPOSE:To save the energy shortening the process time by a method wherein the grooves between the adjusting windings of coil are coated with the adhesive mainly composed of the optical setting synthetic resin radiating ultraviolet rays to the adhesive which is solidified fixing the windings. CONSTITUTION:The grooves 4 formed between the adjoining windings of coil 1 constituted by wound windings 2 are coated with the adhesive 3 mainly composed of the optical setting resin. Then the adhesive is radiated with ultraviolet rays to be solidified fixing the windings. The recommended adhesives 3 are oligoesteracrylate, urethaneacrylate, epoxyacrylate, unsaturated polyester-resin and the like. When the heating process is required after producing the coils, the adhesive may be composed of peroxide producing radical at the temperature added to optical setting resin together with photopolymerization initiator and promoter. |
