The subject of the invention is a press for squeezing out liquid-containing substances, namely agricultural and chemical products. Squeezing out is performed inside a fixed tank (2), in which a rotating conveying screw (4) is arranged. The conveying screw (4) is covered pressure-medium-tightly by a pressing membrane (13), there being a pressure medium space (15) between the screw flights (5) and the screw shaft (6), whereas the material to be squeezed out is arranged in the pressing space (16) between the membrane (13) and the tank (2). Various arrangements and configurations of the membrane (13) and of the conveying screw (4) are possible, without however departing from the basic principle. <IMAGE>
