摘要 In the visual inspection of tinned printed conductor surfaces, commercially available viewing aids deliver an unsatisfactory image, since the reflecting, curved tin surface reflects only a portion of the incident light into the optical system of the viewing device or into the human eye, with the result that the viewer cannot clearly detect the entire surface. An illuminating device is therefore proposed by means of which the object (2) can be uniformly illuminated from a solid angle which is as large as possible but which is smaller than a hemisphere. This is achieved when a light source (3) which is arranged above the object (2) and has a diffusing screen (10) in front of it irradiates a field stop (lens) (11) which is projected onto the object (2) with the aid of a condenser lens system (12). <IMAGE>
