PURPOSE:To enhance the mechanical strength and the dielectric strength for the titled coil by a method wherein silicon resin, mica powder of 44mum or less in scale diameter and mica powder of 50mum or more in scale diameter are mixed and diluted with an organic solvent, and this solution is impregnated and hardened on the coil, on which an insulated wire was wound around. CONSTITUTION:A solution, which is a mixture of silicon resin of 50-3wt%, mica powder of 44mum or below in scale diameter of 50-25wt% and mica powder of 35-15wt%, having different scale diameter distribution and containing at least 50wt% of mica powder of 50mum or above in scale diameter and diluted with an organic solvent, is impregnated and hardened on the coil 1 on which an insulated wire was wound around. As a result, the dielectric strength and the mechanical strength of the coil can be improved. |
