PURPOSE:To prevent a volatile memory from data disappearance at the replacement of batteries by providing the titled apparatus with a means inhibiting the removement of a battery power supply when no electric power is supplied from an external power supply to the memory. CONSTITUTION:When a battery box 2 is inserted and pressed into a stock room of a packing case 2 and leading electrodes fitted on the side of the battery box 2 is contacted with spring electrodes 6, so that batteries 5 are connected to a control device including a volatile memory. When the battery box 2 is pushed into the box furthermore, a locking means 8, i.e. a plunger interlocked with a solenoid 7, is fitted into a notch 10 engaraved on the battery box 2 by a spring 9 to lock the battery box 2. A push switch 11 is electrically located on an intermediate position between a power supply and the solenoid 7. |
