The invention relates to an electronic motor without a commutator and having a cylindrical permanent-magnet rotor which is seated on a shaft which is located on the cylinder axis, and having a stator with magnetic stator poles which surround the permanent-magnet rotor on its outer surface and are allocated to the stator windings. It is provided that the stator windings are cylindrical coils (5; 6) with coil formers (5a; 6a) which are arranged coaxially with respect to the cylinder axis (4) of the permanent-magnet rotor (2) opposite the two end surfaces of the latter, and which are in each case seated on a magnetic coil core (7; 8) on which at each of its two ends a magnetic guide plate (13, 14; 15, 16) is fitted having strips (13a, 14a; 15a, 16a) of magnetic sheet metal which form the stator poles. <IMAGE>
