In the case of an apparatus which can be uncoupled, has a mobile load-bearing apparatus and a lifting apparatus and is intended for erecting movable telescopic-mast systems, supporting elements are arranged in order to form a standing surface. In its mobile position, the telescopic-mast system is received horizontally on the load-bearing apparatus, by a bearing block, on the one hand, and by a roller fitted on the load-bearing-member end, on the other hand. By means of a lifting apparatus which is articulated, preferably by means of cardan joints, on the load-bearing member and on the mast system, such that it can be removed from the latter, and is in the form of a pivot arm, said telescopic mast system is held such that it hangs freely in the vertical position, outside the load-bearing member, and can be set down on the ground via a vertical position of the lifting apparatus.
