PURPOSE:To excellently disperse the magnetic powder when the titled replica is formed by a method wherein a suspension solution containing magnetic powdery particles is applied and hardened on a substrate, another resin film is adhered on the above, magnetic powdery particles are transferred to the surface of said resin film, and a carbon vapor-deposited film is formed and dissolved on the resin-film-exfoliated surface. CONSTITUTION:A suspension solution is obtained by placing magnetic powdery particels in the paste-formed resin solution of high viscoisty and have them completely dispersed. The obtained suspension solution is applied to the substrate made of glass plate and the like, dried up and solidified. On the film thus formed, another resin solution is applied or a resin film having its surface formed in a dissolved state is adhered, completely dried up and solidified the exposed magnetic powdery particles are transferred to the resin film surface and exfoliated. A carbon vapor-deposited film is formed on the surface where resin film has been peeled off. A carbon vapor-deposited film, on the surface of which magnetic powdery particles were adhered by dissolving the resin film, is obtained by dipping the resin film, whereon a carbon vapor-deposited film was formed on the exfoliated surface, into the solution which dissolves resin film only. |
