PURPOSE:To enhance the coercive force of the titled magnet by a method wherein a heat-ageing is performed after a microscopic processing has been conducted on a magneto block. CONSTITUTION:A microscopic processing is conducted on the rare earth cobalt infermetallic compound sintered material, which will be obtained by performing the processes of alloy manufacture, pulverization, molding by compression and sintering in their final shape or that which approximates to it. Then, the sintered material is quickly cooled in an oil bath immediately after a heat-ageing has been performed in a non-oxidized atmosphere. As a result, a micorscopic rare-earth cobalt magnet of excellent magetic characteristics can be obtained without making an increase in cost. |
