PURPOSE:To easily control atomizing quantity electrically and to control cooling capacity with extremely high accuracy, by adhering charged water droplets atomized by an ultrasonic wave to an ink distributing roller by electrostatic force and detecting the surface temp. of a plate or the temp. of a form roller. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic atomizing type spray apparatus is provided to an ink distributing roller group 6. The temp. of the ink on a form roller 4 or a plate cylinder 3 is detected, for example, by an infrared thermometer 8 and the output signal thereof is sent to an operation circuit 9 having the correlation between the temp. and evaporation quantity of the ink on the form roller preliminarily mounted therein and the output signal according to the evaporation quantity is sent to a control circuit 10 to control the voltage thereof and spray quantity is adjusted by the ultrasonic atomizing type spray apparatus 11. Water sprayed to the ink distributing roller group 6 is evaporated to the atmosphere while flowing down to the form roller 4 along with ink and the ink on the ink roller is cooled by the latent heat of evaporation of said water. |
