The sliding roof for entrance courtyards, is positioned at two opposite sides on carrier roller (24) mounted on axle pins (14). Lateral guidance is provided by support rollers, revolving about vertical axes, which turn adjacent vertical running surfaces (10). The support rollers (20) are located in axial end recesses (18) in the axle pins (14). Their vertical axes consist of cross pins (22) passing through the axle pins. Part of the periphery of the support roller always protrudes beyond the axle pin ends. The end recess, and a diametral hole (19) for the cross pin, may be enclosed in a socket (23) attached to the axle pin. PS.
