The invention relates to a device for resetting the steered wheels of a motor vehicle, with a steering device and wheel suspensions guiding the wheels, in which device at least one spring engages with parts coupled indirectly or directly to the wheels and in the locked state of the wheels loads them in the direction of the position of straight-ahead running. In order to avoid a disadvantageous influence of the resetting forces during the straight-ahead running and an undesired counter-steering, the loading of the springs out of the straight-ahead position is only initiated at a steering angle of greater than 3 DEG , preferably around 10 DEG .
