<p>The mechanism (7) is intended for a machine laying a concrete road surface. It comprises wheels sets (2) at the ends of two support beams (3,4) which beams are parallel to the direction of the road and connected via transverse members (5,6). These members support a frame (1) carrying a two-part (8,9) mechanism, each part comprising a transverse concrete distributor worm (10), a vibrator (11) and a leveller (12). These components are arranged in zig-zag formation (10,10; 11,11; 12,12) and the two parts (8,9) are transversely movable relative to one another (e.g. via carriages (13,14; 15,16 along transverse rails 17,18; 19,20), to permit varying the working width.FL.</p> |
