Guide device of a burner

摘要

The guide device of a burner is proposed, which contains a housing (1) with a supply pipe piece which has a cylindrical swirl chamber (5) which is coaxial with the sectional area (4) of the outlet cross-section of the burner. The cylindrical swirl chamber (5) has gas inlet windows (9 and 10) of the same size which are arranged symmetrically and diametrically oppositely and in the central region of which pins (11 and 12) are arranged on the side line of the swirl chamber (5). Fastened on the pins (11 and 12) with their central parts are turning slides (13 and 14), the radius of curvature of which is 1.2 to 1.6 times as great as the radius of curvature of the swirl chamber (5). The present invention can be used with special effect in burner installations operated with a number of fuel types for the combustion of fuels with very different heat-physical characteristics. <IMAGE>
