<p>The welding support may be fabricated from sheet metal by cutting and bending. It has an inner working surface which is either quadrangular and closed or open for the welding on all the sides of a tool. Holding and current conducting bars are arranged on the two opposite sides of the working surface. A reinforcement band extends perpendicularly to the working surface, on the two other sides of the latter. The invention is characterized in that each band being in its plane, it has closure edges turned towards the bars. Thereby, the stamping operation may be eliminated when producing the support.</p> |
