An ice-breaker vessel comprising an installation of anti-ice nozzles is provided with a device preventing the formation of ice at the inlet openings for sea water; said device includes a pump (2) which is connected on the suction side to a suction funnel (4) and which opens, on the discharge side, into a mixture nozzle (6) provided with an air intake manifold (7). A pressure water jet or compressed air, in the form of separate pneumatic impact strokes, is introduced inside the suction funnel (4). |
