PURPOSE:To prevent rupture from occurring by steam produced in the preparation by a method wherein tubular substance having many through holes capable of releasing steam in the inner part to the outer part is heated under pressure as it is buried in a formed mat. CONSTITUTION:When wooden chips coated with adhesive agent are formed in the form of mat, a hollow pipe 1 is inserted from one end of the formed mat through the middle toward the other end to make exhaust ports of steam during press operation and prevent rupture from occurring when pressure is released. Any pipe having many through holes avail as the hollow pipe 1. To take examples a pipe where holes 2 of diameter 1mm. are provided at four places at intervals of 10mm. on the surface of a hollow cylinder of an internal diameter 2mm., an external diameter 3mm. or a hollow cylinder in the form of net work 3 or the like is used. The hollow pipe 1 may be inserted into the mat in the lengthwise or widthwise direction. |
