PURPOSE:To avoid the wrong request of a charge by providing a memory device wherein the maximum dipping up quantity is set, and correcting the dipping up quantity to the value in the memory device when the dipping up quantity has exceeded the content of the memory device. CONSTITUTION:At the start and finish of the dipping up work, buttons 1 and 2 are depressed, and the converted output 9 from a liquid level measuring device 8 which is provided in a fecal tank is stored in registers 12 and 13 through gate circuits 10 and 11. The difference between them is obtained by a subtractor 14 and the dipping up quantity is obtained. The maximum dipping up quantity for each household is stored in the memory device 17 through a setting buttons 15a-15n and an encoder 16. The output A from said memory 17 and the output B from the subtractor 18 are compared 18. When A>B, B is inputted into a divider 24 through a gate 22. When A<=B, A is inputted into the divider 24. The number of dipping up tickets for the dipping up quantity is obtained by the divider 24, and display 25 or printing is performed. In this constitution, the dipping up charge exceeding the maximum storing capacity is not requested. |
