<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the number of both signal lines and detecting circuits by connecting the prescribed ones of N pieces of 1-turn coils to M pieces of signal lines and detecting the value of a current flowing through each signal line. CONSTITUTION:The number N of 1-turn coils which detect the magnetic force produced from a circular coil set into a pen or a cursor is set at 10. While the number M of signal lines of a bus 11 is set at 5. The numbers 1-5 are allocated to those signal lines; while numbers 3, 2, 1, 4, 5, 3, 4, 2, 5 and 1 are allocated to those 10 1-turn coils at and after the left side so that no same combination exists with any two adjacent numbers. Then these coils are connected to those signals lines via coincident numbers. A processor decides two signals lines that detected the induction currents out of those five signal lines and then detects a 1-turn specific coil where a circular coil exists.</p> |
