PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of bolt tightening force due to centrifugal force during operation of a machine by dividing a blade wheel into 3 parts by the 120 deg. isometric 3 planes passing through a rotary shaft core, and by combining blade wheels divided into 3 parts with each other. CONSTITUTION:A blade wheel is made a divided blade wheels 1 having a structure divided into 3 parts by 3 planes passing through a rotary shaft core O and forming equal angles of 120 deg. with each other. And, a vane part 1a and a crown part tightening bolt 2a are provided on each divided blade wheel 1. Hereby, tightening function increases because of the reduction of load per one bolt 2a so that accidents such as leak of water is hardly generated. Accordingly, an operation up to high speed rotation is available to raise the efficiency. |
