PURPOSE:To prevent accidents such as coming-off of a track and the like from occurring by a structure wherein a booster is interposed in the titled device, which adjusts the tension of a track, in order to increase the force to push an idler during the backward movement of a bulldozer. CONSTITUTION:A booster 30 is interposed in the pushing device to push an idler 4 of a bulldozer 1. In the structure as mentioned above, when the bulldozer 1 moves backward, high hydraulic pressure in a piping 35a is led into a large cylindrical chamber 33 of the booster 30 in order to push a piston 31 leftward. Consequently, grease in a small cylindrical chamber 32 of the booster 30 is supplied through a conduit 23 to a chamber 12a of a cylinder 12, resulting in pushing a spring retainer 13 rightward in order to compress a spring 14. Accordingly, a large pushing force is applied through a piston 11 and a rod 8 to the idler 4 in order to increase the tension of the track 6 so as to eliminate the slacking of the track. |
