<p>PURPOSE:To reclaim a remaining material of a fiber-reinforced thermosetting synthetic resin material as a raw material for a thermosetting synthetic resin inexpensively, by blending a thermosetting synthetic resin with a solvent and small pieces of the remaining material, followed by removing the solvent. CONSTITUTION:A remaining material of a fiber-reinforced thermosetting synthetic resin material obtained by impregnating reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers, carbon fibers, etc. with an uncured thermosetting synthetic resin such as phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester resin, etc., for example, waste of a grinding wheel for cutting obtained after punching of core material, is crushed into small pieces (e.g., 1-2.5mm.) by a crusher, blended with a proper amount (e.g., 5wt%) of a themosetting synthetic resin and a solvent by a mixer, etc. with stirring and the solvent is volatilized and dried.</p> |
