PURPOSE:To enable repeated measurement of several material to be performed continuously, by arranging a sample chamber to insert several samples, loaded in a sample holder, into a spectroscopic path with a sample holder driving section. CONSTITUTION:In a sample chamber 2, a sample holder 4 and a sample holder driving section 5 set on a sample holder fixing plate 3 are controlled via a computer control section 13 and a mechanism control section 6 by a command from a function part 15. In other words, holders 4 No.1-6 stop sequentially in an optical path 7 by a time length as specified by the function part 15 while light passing corresponding to a sample to be measured set on the holders 4 is converted with a detector 8 into electricity, which is amplified 9 and converted 12 into digital from analog to be introduced to a CPU 10 via a bus line 11. Moreover, the results are displayed 16 and recorded 17 via an I/O interface 14. Upon the end of measurement for the holders 4 No.1-6, the holders 4 are reversed back to the position No.1 thereby making the same measurement ready again. |
