PURPOSE:To perform precise adjustment simply by a method wherein a broad conductor face part provided in extension from the inner end of a linear conductor pattern and surrounded by the pattern is cut from the inside of the pattern along the outer line of the conductor face part in a convolute manner when the inductance of the pattern formed in convolution on a base plate. CONSTITUTION:On the occasion when an inductor 5 is constituted by forming a linear conductor pattern 4a in convolution on a base plate 3 made of a ceramic insulator or a ferrite magnetic substance, a board conductor face part 4b continuous to the inner end of the pattern 4a is provided in the central part on the base plate 4, while the outside thereof is surrounded by the pattern 4a. The inductance of the pattern 4a formed initially is set to be somewhat lower than an aimed value, and an inductance between the conductor face part 4b and the outer end of the pattern 4a is measured. Thereafter, the conductor face part 4b is cut, by using laser beams or the like, from the inner end of the pattern 4a as shown by an assumed line until the aimed inductance is obtained. |
