PURPOSE:To enable to go to an arbitrary place and to give an instruction, an advice or the like on management and accounting, by a method wherein a computer for processing data on accounting and a communicating device for communicating with the head office of a tax accountant are provided in a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When the vehicle arrives at a company, a person in charge of accounting of the company takes seat 13 in the vehicle with documents, and shows the documents by spreading on a table 12. Then, a person dispatched from the tax accountant office inputs the data into the computer 2, and the results of processing are pretreated by an electronic copying machine 4 and are transmitted to the office by a facsimile 3. On the other hand, the tax accountant in his office checks the data thus transmitted, gives his opinion through a wireless set 5, and transmits the necessary respond or the like through the facsimile 3. Thus, the person of the company seated in the vehicle can directly consult the tax accountant in his office through the facsimile 3 and the wireless set 5. |
