Paper industry waste water residues worked - up into constructional materials

Residue from sulphite liquors and other waste waters from paper industry deposited on filter and collecting device is enriched with binders and/or (in) organic fillers and dehydrated for short periods in suitable able moulds, pre-compressed, dried in a drying furnace under excess CO2 at 60-70 degrees C and carbonised. Pref. carbonised pre-dried press-cake is subjected to second pressure process with heating at 80-180 degrees C, optionally with surface lamination, veneering, and pref. it is compressed to smaller cross-sections.
