PURPOSE:To enable the title mechanism to separate a product and sprue runner from each other by cutting off at a position of a runner gate part at the time of unloading of the product, by providing a spring ejecting an ejector pin for extrusion of the sprue runner ahead of an ejector pin for extrusion of the product. CONSTITUTION:When a cavity 2 is filled with a molten material such as synthetic resin after mold clamping, an ejector pin 5 for extrusion of a sprue runner is moved in the direction of a backward movement as shown by an arrow (a) by injection pressure. In this instance, a spring 10 is compressed by an end part 5' of the pin 5 and bounce is accumulated. After filing and cooling of the molten material, mold breaking is performed and according as two-in-a-set ejector plates 6, 7 are operated in an advancing direction as shown by an arrow (b) an ejector pin 4 for extrusion of a product and the pin 5 are moved forward and the product 12 and the sprue runner 13 are extruded. Then the pin 5 is ejected ahead of the pin 4 by the spring 10. Consequently, simultaneously with cutting off of the product 12 and runner 13 at a position of a runner gate part 14 then are separated from each other and falls. |
