PURPOSE:To pick up readout signals stably, by making a holding gate nonconductive and a readout gate conductive, relating to registers having a latch circuit provided with each transfer gate for storage, write and readout and two inverting circuits. CONSTITUTION:A signal control system at readout of register file of a lot of words consists of a latch circuit 6, a write buffer circuit 11, a readout buffer 12 and a control circuit 18. When a readout signal 16 is inputted, a holding transfer gate 1 is turned off via an inverting circuit 17. Even if a write gate 2 is turned off, the information stored in advance can be kept with the dynamic holding characteristics of an inverting circuit 4. When the readout signal 16 turns on a readout gate 3 through a buffer 9, transient inversion of an inverting circuit 5 is produced, since the holding gate 1 is turned off, the information is not given to the inverting circuit 4, and the stored information is not destroyed, allowing to perform stable readout. |
