PURPOSE:To obtain a heat radiation base which is bound firmly to a stainless steel plate and has good heat conductivity by binding the stainless steel plate to the base body via an alloy layer. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary metallic plate 3 having a m.p. near the m.p. of the metal forming a base body 1 is press welded to a stainless steel 2. The plate 2 press welded with the plate 3 is built into a mold 4 for molding of the base. The metal for forming the base is cast into the mold 4 and is joined to the plate 3. Thus the heat radiation base which is bound firmly to the stainless steel plate and has good heat conductivity is obtained. |
