PURPOSE:To use a press machine even in a narrow place, and to elevate its work efficiency, by providing a device for replacing a metallic die, as one body, on the press machine itself. CONSTITUTION:An empty metallic die loading part 42a of a truck 40 is positioned in front of a press body 1, and a metallic die A is floated up to the upper surface of a bolster 2 by operating die lifters 3, 3 and 3. Subsequently, when an air cylinder 19 is operated, a hook part of a hook member 15 is engaged to a detaining part of the metallic die A, and when a motor 9 is driven, a device for moving a hook goes forward as one body. The metallic die A is pushed by the hook member 15, and is fed out to the empty metallic die loading part 42a of the truck 40. Subsequently, the truck 40 is moved on rails 39, 39, a new metallic mold B is positioned in front of the press machine body 1, a hook part of the hook member 15 is engaged to a detaining part of the metallic mold B in the same way, and when the motor 9 is operated, the metallic die B is drawn by the hook member 15. It is carried to the upper surface of the bolster 2, and in the end, the metallic die B is set down onto the upper surface of the bolster 2 by operating the die lifters 3..., and carrying-in of the metallic die B is completed. |
