<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the load of a motor, by reducing the time from the power application of a plunger to the switching of operation, and unlocking only a lock. CONSTITUTION:The 1st lock lever 35 is freely rotatably supported with a fulcrum 36 on a base 1. One end 35a of the 1st lock lever 35 is located at a position latchable with a pin 31d of a follow gear 31, and a lock pin 35b is implanted an another end. The 2nd lock lever 38 is supported freely rotatably with a fulcrum 39 on the base 1. One end 38a of the 2nd lock lever 38 is located at a position latchable with the pin 31d of the gear 31 and a lock pin 38b is implant ed on another end. The gear 31 has two missing tooth parts 31e and 31f and the 1st missing tooth part 31e is held in opposing to a prime mover gear 9.</p> |
