PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain the titled lighting member which serves as a window blind and which is capable of adsorbing a greater part of sunlight and introducing visible wavelength light and solar heat into the room by a method wherein a solar heat absorbing film and a sunlight reflection preventive film are formed on one side surface of a light transmissive plate in that order. CONSTITUTION:The solar heat absorbing film 3 of a thickness of 0.02-0.1mu consisting of a mixture of a metal such as Cr and its oxide and the sunlight reflection preventive film 4 of a thickness of 0.02-1.0mu consisting of a metal oxide such as chromium oxide are formed on one side surface of the light transmissive plate 2 and the plate 2 is attached to the window with the films 3 and 4 kept facing outside so that the plate 2 serves as a blind. As a consequence, sunlight is prevented from reflecting on the reflection preventive film 4, passes through the film 4 and reaches the solar heat absorbing film 3 which receives solar heat therein. The solar heat received by the film 3 is then released from the other side surface of the plate 2 and in this case, only a part of visible light passes through the plate 2 and therefore, the plate 2 can serve as the blind which does not make the room too bright nor too dark. |
