PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance, corrosion resistance and heat collecting efficiency of the subject device by holding a heat collecting pipe and a heat collecting plate between a lower cooling metal plate and a upper cooling metal plate which rotate endlessly and heating the heat collecting plate by a TIG electrode from the heating plate side to weld the heat collecting plate to the heat collecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:The heat collecting pipe 3 is inserted into a concave groove 6a of a lower cooing metal plate 6 and upper cooling metal plates 7 and 7, and both cooling metal plates 6 and 7 are rotated while joining the heat collecting plate on the heat collecting pipe 3. When the heat collecting plate 1 arrives at the TIG electrode 5, an arc of the TIG electrode is generated between the cooling metal plates 7 and 7 to heat the heating plate 1 to weld the heat collecting plate 1 to the heat collecting pipe 3. By this arrangement, welding can be performed continuously, and the arc can be concentrated only at the joind part, and melting of other parts than the joined part is prevented by the cooling metal plate, and hence heat resistance, corrosion resistance and heat collecting efficiency can be improved. |
