PURPOSE:To select the optimum base station with use of the band signal and without using a special control line, by comparing the receiving field intensity of stations with each other and securing the automatic switching between the transmission of the demodulated signal of the own station to an upper station and the relay of the demodulated signal of a lower station. CONSTITUTION:A base station generates the signal of a certain frequency when there is no receiving field and the signal of a high frequency in response to the receiving field when it exists respectively by means of a voltage control oscillator (VCO). When a press signal sent from a mobile station is detected, the frequency of a VCO3 of the own station is compared with the frequency of the VCO of the lower station which is fed to a terminal 8 through a comparator 6. Then the own station is connected to an upper station via a terminal 11 if the frequency of the own station is higher than that of the lower station. And the input fed through the terminal 8 is relayed to the terminal 11 when the frequency of the own station is lower than that of the lower station. |
