PURPOSE:To fix the state of memory cell and to perform the storage of stable information, by using different holding resistors connected to collectors of a pair of multi-emitter transistors (TRs) connected in feedback type. CONSTITUTION:In a filp-flop ROM, a pair of multi-emitter TRs 5, 6 are connected in feedback type, diodes 9, 10 and holding resistor RH, rH are connected in parallel with the collector and other ends are connected to a word line 1. Other emitter of the TRs 5, 6 are connected to a word line 2 and the other emitter are connected to readout lines 3, 4. Different resistors are used for the two holding resistors RH and rH to unbalance the operation of the TRs 5 and 6. |
