PURPOSE:To make the heat exchange sufficient even at a small quantity of water by providing a short circuiting channel between an ejector at an inlet for a heat source water and a return pipe for exhaust water source water and a return pipe for exhaust water from a first heat exchanger, and a short circuiting channel between a suction side of a circulating pump and the outlet of a second heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:By a jet stream of underground water from a well 2 due to a nozzle 4, a secondary stream circulating an exhaust pipe 6, a heat exchanger 7, a water return pipe 13 and a short circuiting water pipe 14 is produced. In this manner, a calory which has been given by a heat source water in the heat exchanger 7 is given to circulating water by a circulating water pump 12 at a heat exchanger 9, and heat is radiated by a fan coil 11 or the like and used. Therefore, a sufficient heat exchanging function is displayed in the heat exchanger 7 by a small quantity of heat source water. Further, if by adjusting the quantity Q0 of heat source water by a water plug 15 a value m inherent to the ejector 5 is utilized, adjustment of the function is performed easily. |
