PURPOSE:To cope with correctly even if renumbering is executed, by establishing correspondence between a new and an old unit through sorting based upon member name information, and performing comparison processing based upon the contents of data description area. CONSTITUTION:New data and old data 3 are divided into one-record units in the form of a data description area 4, and an additional information addition processing part 1 adds additional information 5. Each unit of this data 6 with the additional information contains a member name, the contents of the data description area, and a new and an old discrimination code in order to obtain data 8 after sorting. Then, a new/old noncorrespondence discrimination processing part 9 checks whether a new data side unit and an old data side unit correspond to each other within a range of quantities centering on a predetermined quantity. Then, a noncorrespondence discrimination code is given to a unit which does not correspond. |
