PURPOSE:To improve the heat collecting efficiency of the subject plate by forming the inner surface of a transparent plate such as a glass plate or the like covering a heat collector to form zigzag concave and convex surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Zigzag concave and convex surfaces 4, 4... are formed on the inner front surface of a transparent plate 2 used in a heat collector. The angle theta of inclined surfaces 4a and 4b of the concave and convex groove 4 is set in consideration of the incident angle phi1 of direct sun rays and the incident angle phi2 of the reflected light b from the reflection plate so that the angle theta1 of the incident surface 4a of the direct rays a. By this construction, the direct sun rays and reflected light rays in a season where the sun is at low positions such as winter and the like, are transmitted efficiently and the quantity of transmitted light can be increased, and hence heat collection efficiency can be improved. |
