This electronic equipment consists of I.C. device, the resinous sealing body, the connecting device, the lead conductor and the resinous block body. The resinous sealing body seals the I.C. device. The resinous block body accepts the electronic device. The lead conductor connects I.C. device with the electronic device. The exposed both side of the lead is laid in the resinous block body, the resinous sealing body.
