发明名称 ELECTRONIC CLINICAL THERMOMETER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a clinical thermometer which is short in its temperature measuring time and has high accuracy, by using a tuning fork type bent crystal resonator as a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A crystal resonator unit consists of a stem 12 and a cap 10, and in the unit, a tuning fork type bent crystal resonator 7 is stuck to supporting lead wires 8, 9. To the cap 10 consisting of nickel silver, gold plating 11 having good heat conductivity is executed. The body temperature is measured by resonance frequency of the crystal resonator 7 through the gold plating 11. This resonator 7 is designed by selecting a cut angle so that about -30ppm- -100ppm is varied when a temperature is varied by 1 deg.C. A time required for becoming resonance frequency of about 40 deg.C from resonance frequency at a normal temperature is about 15-20sec, and its thermal response property is excellent. Also, a measuring time is 1sec, and temperature resolution is 0.1 deg.C, therefore, the accuracy is good.
