PURPOSE:To reduce the limitation of an installation place as to ship navigation or the like and prevent noises, by installing a conveyor in a pipe line laid between underwater stations. CONSTITUTION:A station 1, which is provided at the bottom of water, comprises a machine chamber, an electricity chamber and a conveyor space 5 in the upper part of a divided body 2 and a ballast tank 3 in the lower part of the body. The station 1 is placed at the bottom of water by pouring water into the tank 3. A pipe line, which connects the underwater stations 1 to each other, is made of pipes 9 which have ballast tanks 11 in the lower parts of the pipe bodies 10 of circular cross section and conveyor spaces 12 in the upper parts of the bodies. A belt conveyor 12 or the like can be installed in the spaces 12. The pipes 9 are coupled to each other in a liquid-tight manner by a connector 14 provided with a ventilation cylinder 18 and a signal light 19 jutting from the surface of the water, in the same manner as the underwater stations 1. |
