<p>PURPOSE:To prepare an ice cream having arbitrary relief patterns at both faces, by pressing a frozen and solidified ingot ice cream with a pair of oppositely placed press molds. CONSTITUTION:Ingot ice cream fed from the feed hopper 3 is taken out one by one with the conveying part 9 of the bucket conveyor 4, and the bar 1a of the ice cream is clamped with the chuck 10. When the ice cream is transferred above the stationary press mold 15 by the motion of the transfer conveyor, the movable press mold 16 is lowered to press the ice cream 1 between the moving mold and the stationary mold, and the ice cream is compression molded to the desired relief pattern corresponding to the surface pattern of the cavity of the mold. The bar 1a of the ice cream 19 is released from the clamp with the chuck 10, and the ice cream is delivered to the next step by the delivery conveyor 20.</p> |
