PURPOSE:To simplify a circuit for correcting the unbalance of a voltage by obtaining the differential voltage between terminals of a series condenser from the voltage between the terminals of resistance means. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage of a condenser C2 is higher than the voltage of a condenser C1, a current flows from the resistor connecting point 19 to the condenser connecting point 20 through a resistor RC. When the voltage of the condenser C2 is, on the contrary, higher than the voltage of the condenser C1, a current flows from the point 20 toward the point 19. A voltage DELTAEC is generated at the resistor RC by this current, the detected voltage signal EC is inputted to a phase unit 13, is inverted in polarity by a polarity inverter 21 and is inputted to a phase unit 14, and the current flowing rate of each chopper is determined. When the voltage of the corresponding voltage dividing condenser is high, this control extends the current flow rate, and the chopper of low voltage turns toward the direction for reducing the current flow rate. |
