PURPOSE:To correspond user number information and date information to the content of recording, without providing a large change to the recording mode of an existing call recording and reproducing device, by correspondig a recording and reproducing controller to the content of recording of a magnetic tape. CONSTITUTION:Telephone subscribers 1A-1N are connected to a network controller 4 of an audio response system 3 via a telephone line network 2. Output information of the device 4 is discriminated at an audio response device 5, the discriminated user number and date information is applied to a recording and reproducing controller 12, output information from the device 4 is recorded on a call recording and reproducing device 7, and the recording position information is applied to the controller 12 at the recording. In the controller 12, a user number 16, data information 15 and a tape position 14 are recorded on a magnetic disc 13 through correspondence. A corresponding tape position 19 and a tape start 20 from a disc 13, based on data information 17 and a user number 18 designated at the reproduction, are indexed and informed to the device 7, to correspond to the user number and data information to the content of recording. |
