PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a magnetic reluctance element and to increase the accuracy of the element by providing in parallel hair pin loops alternately in oppsite direction at every lambda/4 and providing pads at the inlet end of 2 loop groups, the coupling end between an outlet and an inlet of lambda/2 and the output end. CONSTITUTION:The group A' of loops M1'-M4' and the group B of loops M5'-M8' are formed reversely at the shortcircuit ends and the open ends of the loops, and the loops of both groups are alternately aligned at every lambda/2. The externally connecting pads of both loop groups are arranged along two sides disposed oppositely to each other at the substrate 1. In this manner, the sizes in lateral and longitudinal directions become by half as compared with the conventional one, bias permanent magnets can be reduce in size, and their settings can be facilitated. When an object is a rotor such as a gear or the like, the variations in the direction and the distance occurred when the object and an element isolates from the nearest position become small, thereby providing high accuracy. |
